DESCRIPTION:\nNew and interested districts are welcomed to participate in the virtual meeting to find out the steps to becoming a TRP Partner district in an effort to recruit, train and retain teachers of color through participation in the 24-25 Elementary or Special Education Teacher Residency Program.  Find out how you as a potential partner district can work with TRP to “grow their own” staff and/or recruit from a qualified selection of candidates ready to become a certified teacher.  Current non-certified staff working in partner districts would be eligible to enroll in the class of 2025.  District partnership must be solidified by January 31, 2024.
